Omeka Management was founded in 2008 and is one of the first facility and property management companies in Bulgaria. The company complies with European standards and guarantee transparency and balance between cost and quality. Omeka Management offers a wide variety of services related to property management. Omeka Management Ltd. and the employed personnel responsible for the premises will work for the proper administration of the property that ensures the maximum comfort of the inhabitants and will save them time and efforts. The different packages of services we offer are tailored to the individual needs and requirements of each owner/tenant/condominium, and are based on prevention, control and timely solutions.
In order to guarantee the quality of the service to its customers, the company annually maintains “Civil Liability” insurance, covering costs of up to BGN 200,000, which covers property and/or non-property damages worth BGN 100,000 for one event and BGN 200,000 in aggregate.
Omeka Management uses a specialized software system for facilities and property management – ProPMS – Professional Property Management Software.
